                            Pursuant to the Texas Manufactured Housing Standards Act, Chapter 1201 of the Occupations Code

                                 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLER

1). If you are moving manufactured homes other than those that belong to you, the
     following items are needed:

          a).   General Liability                             $300,000.00
          b).   Auto Liability                                $500,000.00
          c).   Cargo or Open Lot Policy                      $ 50,000.00
          d).   Certificate of insurance issued by your insurance company to be
                filed with this office and updated as needed.

2). If you are moving your own property (manufactured home) exclusively, then
    you will need:

          a). General Liability                              $300,000.00
          b). Auto Liability                                 $500,000.00
          c). Notarized letter indicating that you DO NOT move any property that
              does not belong to you.
          d). Certificate of insurance issued by your insurance company to be
               filed with this office and updated as needed.

3). If you DO NOT move manufactured homes at all (INSTALLATIONS ONLY),
    the following items are needed:

          a). General Liability                             $300,000.00
          b). Notarized letter indicating that you DO NOT own transporting vehicles
              and you DO NOT move manufactured (mobile) homes.
          c). Certificate of insurance issued by your insurance company to be
              filed with this office and updated as needed.
