This is found online for easy access! PUBLIC POLICY BHGLAAR has a full time Government Affairs Director who will keep you abreast of what is happening in the local political arena. There are opportunities to get involved in grassroot activities in your area. Our National, State and Local Directors ensure that you are politically represented at all levels of government from local city to Sacramento and DC. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS BHGLAAR offers members numerous ways to solve a dispute. BHGLAAR's Ombudsman/Mediation Program provides valuable assistance to you and your client through the maze of Abritration. The program offers private consultation to analyze the situation, a plan of action for you and your client and additional consultation as the plan is implemented. CENTENNIAL CLUB The Centennial Club was formed to honor the 100th anniversary of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS, celebrated in June of 2003. For a minimum contribution of $100, members of BHGLAAR can join an ever growing cadre of REALTORS who recognize the importance that the REALTOR voice and grassroots lobbying plays in affecting the decisions made in the halls of city and state government. Membership in the Centennial Club entitles the member to attend certain functions without charge. COMMITTEES WORKING FOR YOU!
