OCCAR/RCAOC is the only Commercial Overlay Board in Orange County focusing exclusively on the needs of the commercial/investment real estate professional. As a member of OCCAR/RCAOC you will belong to an elite group of commercial professionals including brokers, property managers, appraisers, title and escrow companies committed to providing ethical and knowledgeable service to our industry peers.
