The Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® seeks to support all segments of membership by developing and delivering programs, services and related products that will elevate the standards of the real estate business and the professional conduct of its members to better serve the membership and the public. Our Association is "the voice for real estate" in Baldwin County. We maintain relationships with local media to project a positive REALTOR® image to the general public. This is why more and more home buyers and sellers look for the REALTOR® trademark when shopping for an agent. Includes a 3 hour Code of Ethics course with valuable CE credits. We keep our members current with new or revised guidelines set forth by the real estate commission, in easy to understand terms, and offer existing members a plethora of AREC approved continuing education. A monthly publication highlighting our members' successes and upcoming events that are of interest to REALTORS®. Grievance and Professional Standards Services: Time tested and honored standards of conduct are recognized and upheld throughout the membership. At BCAR we answer a wide range of questions and concerns. We guarantee due process and complete confidentiality. Our REALTOR Store and complete website, in addition to our MLS, are online tools we offer to better market your professionalism. We carry a selection of real estate items that are useful to our members including novelty items. Also, we are a one stop shop for your electronic key and lockbox needs. Multiple Listing Service: The Association has an MLS service that serves South Alabama and the Coastal Area with member offices in states throughout the United States. Member Services: The staff is dedicated to serving our members and keeping the Association current on industry news and related activities.
