SUBJECT:       INVITATION TO THE PCG#12 AND OP#11 MEETINGS
               APRIL 14 & 15, 2004
               ST PAUL DE VENCE, FRANCE



Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of UNISYS, I am pleased to invite you to the PCG#12 and OP#11 Meetings
which will be held in St Paul de Vence, France on 14 & 15 April 2004. The meetings will
start at 0900 on the first day and finish no later than 1800 on the second day. The
meetings will be held at:

                       UNISYS International Management Centre
                                 Chemin des Salettes

UNISYS has generously offered the use of their Management Centre for our meetings,
together with the use of their onsite accommodation and leisure facilities. There are 51
high quality rooms, which will be allocated on a “first come first served” basis. The first
51 delegates to register for the meetings will be allocated accommodation at the Training
Centre - participants will be required to settle their bill for accommodation and tax only
on departure at a price of 130 euros per night. Additional accommodation is available at
local hotels for which preferential rates are available. Participants will be required to
organize their transportation to and from these hotels and to settle their bills at the hotel.
Unisys will centralize hotel bookings. If you are among those staying in an external hotel
we will ask for you to choose a first and second hotel preference along with your credit
card number.

Please Note:
This will be a paperless meeting. A wireless Lan will be provided for access to the
meeting documents. (A limited number of CD ROMs may be provided if absolutely
necessary).

Directions:
The Centre basks in the sunshine of the French Riviera and is situated on a secluded
hillside above Saint Paul de Vence in the wooded, olive-groved foothills of the Alpes
Maritimes, about 20kms from Nice and 30kms from Cannes.

It is less than an hour's drive to Monte Carlo and Italy to the
East, and Saint-Raphaël and Saint-Tropez to the West.
With Nice International Airport only 15 minutes away by car,
it is within a few hours of most of Europe's major cities.

Air
All the major airlines currently fly into Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport with
approximately 1360 scheduled flights every week. More information about flying into
Nice can be found on the Nice Airport website.

Rail
By rail, Nice SNCF station is only 7 hours from Paris. It is a 30 minute drive from Nice
station to the centre. Timetables and other information can be obtained from the SNCF
website.

Road
By car leave the A8 Autoroute at Cagnes-sur-Mer, and then follow the signs for La Colle
sur Loup and Saint Paul de Vence. (Map and detailed directions)
ETSI preferential rates have been negotiated with Europcar car rental company. The car
