ARTICLE 1
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The Contract Documents shall be comprised of the following: the Construction Contract, Conditions of the Contract, Addenda, Drawings, Photos or other visual representations of the proposed work, and attached written Modifications to this contract, properly signed and witnessed. The Contract itself is representative of the whole and complete agreement between the Contractor and Subcontractor, supercedes all prior oral and written agreements. The Contract and is modifiable only by the properly documented written consent of both parties.
ARTICLE 2
SUBCONTRACT WORK
Under the terms of this agreement, Subcontractor shall be considered an independent contractor. Subcontractor will furnish all necessary tools, supplies, materials, labor, and supervision for project completion and all associated work (hereinafter the “Subcontract Work”).
ARTICLE 3
SUBCONTRACTOR PAYMENT
The Contractor agrees to pay the Subcontractor the amount of [amount], for the labor and materials necessary for work completion. Payment will be dependent on satisfactory work completion per the terms of this Agreement. Payment will be made under the following payment schedule: [specify schedule]
ARTICLE 4
SCHEDULE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE

SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT 2
As this project is time sensitive, the Subcontractor will be assessed a fee of [amount] per day that work is not completed after the final deadline of [date], unless the Contractor consents to a specified extension. Additional damages will be assessed and liquidated damages will be deducted from the total payment amount due to the Subcontractor under the payment schedule specified in this Agreement.
