Board of Directors               Regional Workshop in Dallas, Texas. A copy ofthe agenda is enclosed for your

                                      dependent and independent administration procedures ofthe Probate

                                 Judges and Clerks will receive credit towards their annual educational

                                 requirement for each hour attended; a maximum of 12 hours can be obtained at
                                 this Workshop. All participants will receive a certificate of completion.
                                 For your information, we have two other programs scheduled in 2012:
                                    • 	 A two-day workshop is scheduled for May 10-11 at the Hotel Galvez in
                                        Galveston; registration materials will be mailed in late March. Note
                                        that we will mail the Galveston materials later than we usually do because
                                        we will not mail them until after the DaDas conference is over.
                                    • 	 Our three-day Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 6-8 in San
                                        Antonio at The St. Anthony Hotel; registration materials will be mailed
                                        at the end of June.



            TEXAS C OLLEGE OF P ROBATE JUDGES IS A PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT E D UCA TIONAL ORGANIZATION
I Registration for the Dallas Regional Workshop
 The registration fee for the Dallas Regional Workshop is 5325.00 per person, which includes written
 materials, catered lunches on Thursday and Friday, and morning coffee and rolls each day.

 Each person attending the Regional Workshop should complete a copy of the enclosed registration
 form and return it with the 5325.00 registration fee to the address on the form no later than Friday.

      • 	 The cost for registrations received after March 9 will be 5375.00 per person.

     • 	 Cancellation policies:
          • 	 Cancellations made by Monday. March 12. 2011 can get a full refund of the registration fee
              or can apply the registration fee to a future conference.
          • 	 Cancellations after March 12tb but before 5:00 pm on Friday, March 16 will be subject to a
              5100.00 administration fee.
          • 	 No refunds will be made for cancellations after 5:00 pm Friday, March 16.


I Hotel for the Dallas Regional Workshop
 The conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, Dallas near the Galleria. If you intend to stay there,
 you must reserve a room no later than Februarv 20. 2012. The hotel will not guarantee our group
 room rates after the reservation cut-off date. Please note that there are a limited number of rooms
 available at the group rate.

 information about the upcoming conferences. As a result, we will continue to mail these materials rather
