Participation Support Guidelines
How to Use this Kit
ATA FAMILY SAFETY DAY is an opportunity . . . . an opportunity to bond as school and extended ATA family
members AND an opportunity to invite ALL those people who should be part of our family to get to know us AS
PARTICIPATION IS SIMPLE
Step 1 – Advertise this FUN event to your LEADERS, STUDENTS AND FRIENDS! Mail is expensive not eco-friendly. A
PDF file of the ATA Family Safety Day brochure is attached for you to post on your website and to distribute as
widely as you wish.
Step 2 - Encourage your ATA Family to BRING FRIENDS (AKA Future ATA Students). A PDF of the “Multiple Ticket
Sales” Sheet is attached. Encourage students to consider themselves ATA scouts who are selling fun instead
Types of Tickets for Sale. Two types of tickets are for sale: a $40 ticket that includes entry to the park AND an
all-you-can-eat country buffet served in Magic Mountain’s Corporate Picnic area, or a $30 ticket that provides
access to the park WITHOUT access to the picnic.
Students use the form to document who they sell tickets to, how many $40 or $30 tickets they sell, and the total
amount of money they’ve collected. Students then turn ticket sale funds into you.
Checks should be made payable to “Black Belt Academy”.
Step 3 - Make a copy of each completed multiple sales sheet form you receive from students.
Step 4 - Contact our studio to reserve your tickets via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and send collected funds to:
