 Reminder: Agenda suggestions for the next regular meeting are due to the chairperson or superintendent by 12:00 noon on
Monday, January 31st, 2010.
 Persons requiring interpreters or related services are advised to call 860-423-0064 at least three (3) business days before the
meeting.
 Members of the public may address an issue on the agenda. You must indicate on an index card your name, address, and the
agenda item(s) you wish to talk about. The board may, at its discretion, limit the amount of time you will be allowed to speak. If
you wish to speak on an item not listed on the agenda, you may do so at the end of the meeting during the Second Audience for
Citizens.
 Copies of agenda enclosures are available for examination in the Superintendent’s Office at 68 Brook Road, Scotland, CT during
business hours: 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
