Brief System Description: Septic Tank with lift tank with sand filter with shallow
trenches in loam

soil, sized at 1.67 with 1.5 feet of vertical separation distance.

Brief Operation Description: The wastewater flows from a two bedroom cabin with

and an estimated flow rate of 300 gallons per day into a 1000 -gallon septic tank

followed by a 1000 gallon lift station. It is then time dosed into an Orenco sand filter.
From

there the sand filter effluent is pressure dosed into a shallow drainfield using a chamber

technology for distribution.
