Bids were received and opened and read publicly at the appointed date and time by the School Business Administrator on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Board of Education Office, 42 North Hillside Avenue, Succasunna, New Jersey. RESOLVED, that in accordance with the Superintendent’s recommendation, and after consideration of all bidders, the Roxbury Township Board of Education awards the bid for one each - 54-Passenger Bus to the sole bidder, American Bus & Coach, LLC, 2595 East State Street, Trenton, NJ, in the amount of $89,818.00 and for two each - 24-Passenger Vans, to the lowest bidder, Arcola Sales & Services Corp., 51 Kero Road, Carlstadt, NJ, in the amount of $45,997.00 each. RESOLUTION NO. 062-10 Subject: Approval of Transportation Agreement RESOLVED, that in accordance with the Superintendent’s recommendation, the Roxbury Township Board of Education approves a Parental Contract for Student Transportation, providing transportation for student (KTW 002) to the Kentwood Academy, 10 Tierney Road, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Total cost of this agreement is $1,320.09.
