NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of the Air, Waste and Water Study Committee of the Wisconsin
Conservation Congress are invited to participate in a tour of restoration, and water and habitat improvement projects
on the Mississippi River on Saturday morning, August 29, 2009. Members of the committee that wish to participate
in the tour should meet at the Radisson hotel by 8 a.m.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Air, Waste and Water Study Committee of the Wisconsin Conservation
Congress will convene at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel located at 200
Harborview Plaza in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The study committee will act on items listed on the agenda.

                              The plan is to depart the hotel at
                              8 a.m. sharp.

                              We will be on the river so please
                              dress according to conditions.
