1.0    OLD BUSINESS (PUBLIC HEARING OPEN)

      1.1 Old Business Items (None)
                                                 Liberty County

      a) Special Exception Petition 2009-031-LC Request submitted by Bernard and Elaine Maley, owner of
         parcel 054, LCTM 334B which contains 0.898 acres of land, more or less, located at the intersection
         of Mariners and Brigantine Dunmore Road. The property is zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential)
         The owners requests a special exception to locate a parking lot for additional parking for residents,
         visitors to Sunbury and to the Sunbury commercial district.

      b) Rezoning Petition 2009-030-LC- Request submitted by A.G.Wells agent for Ann Stafford, owner
         of parcel 005, LCTM 187D which contains 5.624 acres of land, more or less, located off of
         Bacontown Road within unincorporated Liberty County, GA. Petitioner requests to re-zone the
         property from AR-1 (Agricultural Residential District) to R-4(Mobile Home Park Residential
         District) for the purpose of a mobile home park- TABLE PER PETITIONER

      2.3 Zoning Petitions
                                                 Hinesville

      a) Special Permit Use 2009-036-H. Request submitted by Greg Hewitt, owner of parcel 010, LCTM
         056D which contains .45 acres of land, more or less, located on Main Street near the Ryon Street
         intersection. The property is zoned C-2 (General Commercial District) The Petitioner requests a
         special permit use to have a business operation that entails installing vehicle wraps and vehicle
         graphics.

      b) Rezoning Petition 2009-038-H. Request submitted by Downtown Group, LLC owner of parcels
         138, 150 and 151, LCTM 056B which contains 7.255 acres of land, more or less, located at the corner
         of E. Oglethorpe Hwy and Memorial Drive. The parcels are zoned in the following way, parcel 138
         is zoned O-I (Office-Institutional District) and contains 6.3 acres of land, more or less; parcel 150 is
         zoned O-I ( Office-Institutional District)and contains 0.26 acres of land, more or less and parcel 151 is

         zoned R-1 (Single Family Dwelling District) and contains 0.65 acres of land, more or less. The
         applicant requests that each parcel be re-zoned to C-2 (commercial) for a variety of restaurant
         buildings.




                                                Liberty County

      a) Rezoning Petition 2009-034-LC Request submitted by Thomas Taylor, owner of parcel 021, LCTM
         260A which contains1.1 acres of land, more or less, located on Limerick Road near the railroad tracks
         where Prospect Road intersects with Limerick Road. The Petitioner requests to re-zone the property
         from R-2A (One and Two-Family Residential District) to B-2 (General Commercial District) for a
         general store and storage buildings.

      b) Special Exception 2009-035-LC Request submitted by Clifford W. Stone, owner of parcel 001,
         LCTM 274 which contains 6.4 acres of land, more or less, located on Old Dairen Road in
         unincorporated Liberty County. GA. The property is zoned A-1 (Agricultural District) and the
         owner wants to operate a personal care home.

      c) Rezoning Petition 2009-037-LC. Request submitted by Richard McKinna, owner of parcel 062,
         LCTM 101 which contains two tracts with a combined acreage of seventy-eight and five tenths
         acres (78.05) more or less. Tract one (1) contains 63.93 acres of land, more or less and tract two
         (2) contains 14.12 acres of land, more or less. The proposed project will contain approximately
         fifty (50) single family homes on lots that are a minimum of 0.5 acres in size. A community water
         system will be developed and sewage disposal will be provided by individual septic systems.
