Please Note:   Entries will not be accepted without the respective School Principal’s
               endorsement.

Venue:         Central Coast Youth Club
               Washington Avenue
               Niagra Park
               (100 metres west of station)

Dates:         12 - 13 September, 2011
               12 September (Monday)
               Junior - 12, 13, 14 years and special event athletes

               13 September (Tuesday)
               Senior - 15, 16, 17+, and Champion of Champions

Time:          Warm up 8.00 am – 9.00 am
               Competition 9.00 am – 2.00 pm

Entry:         Regions may have up to 25 competitors. School entries must meet
               difficulty minimums.
               Special Event Athletes may be entered by School or as members of the
               Regional Special Athlete Team (maximum 10 per region).

Please Note:   Entry can be by Region and/or School nomination. Students may only
               compete if accompanied by a Regional Manager (Regional Entry) or
               School Manager (School Entry). No student will be eligible to compete
               unless accompanied by a teacher manager or an approved manager and
               have their Principal’s endorsement on the Entry Form.

Entry Fee:     A levy of $9.90 per competitor will be charged to cover championship
               running costs and the costs of association officials.

Entry Forms:   Must be received by Convener by closing date unless other arrangements
               are approved by the Convener.

Competition Rules:   Special Event Athletes – Students attending special classes are
                     eligible for Special Events in each discipline.
