To help celebrate the 15th year of the Pocono Garlic Festival, we’re asking you to share your favorite garlic-enhanced recipe. The winner will be recognized by the Pocono Garlic Growers Association at the 2009 Pocono Garlic Festival, September 5 & 6 (Labor Day Weekend) at Shawnee Mountain, and will receive a gift certificate for
All recipes will be published in the Pocono Record’s Garlic Recipe book, printed in conjunction with the festival. And all participants will enter a drawing for free tickets to the event (10 randomly drawn entries will receive free entry to the festival). Now is the time to show your Garlic Pride! Send us your recipe on a standard recipe card, and fill out the entry blank below. Entries will be judged by the experts at the Pocono Garlic Growers Association.
