You can also profit in real estate investing by selling and leasing back. A source worth tapping out in this
regard is businesses that have bought properties during boom periods but who are now facing liquidity
problems. If you have the cash, such businesses will be willing to do business with you and you can then
buy the property and then lease it back to the company and expect a nine to ten percent return on your
investment.


However, foreclosures are a better option because you can get the property at knock-off prices and then
