1. Our MBA Program is Unique. The JWC School of Management is the first Christian Bible college in the U.S. to be allowed to offer an accredited MBA. 2. Our Program is Cutting Edge. The JWC School of Management is one of the first three colleges in the U.S. to adopt the dramatic new VLC "avatar" simulation technology for its courses — a technology that's state-of-the-art in the field of education, and that's revolutionizing the way people learn. Avatar simulation courses are one of the first really new ideas in the field of education in decades. The movement started in 2006, when the American Federation of Scientists called for the virtual-reality techniques that are so successful in the military and aviation to be applied to education. A new company named Vertical Learning Curve (VLC) was founded that year in Oklahoma City to answer the call, and started developing simulation technology for graduate degree programs. The JWC School of Management is now one of the first three colleges in the world to adopt VLC's new simulation techniques to its MBA program. 3. Your Executive Internship. As an MBA student at the JWCSM, you'll serve an Executive Internship in a simulated company based on an actual U.S. company. During your internship, you'll sharpen your business knowledge, skills, and credentials as you observe, practice, and learn from the "avatar" managers, employees, vendors, and customers in this computergenerated corporation. 4. You'll "Experience" Education. Instead of just "reading and writing" for your degree the old-fashioned way, you'll actually experience your MBA education because you'll be interacting with the avatar characters of your simulated corporation. For example, during your Marketing Course, you'll interact with an avatar named "Linda." Linda can't get her act together, and

and can't meet her marketing quotas. Your task in the Marketing Course will be to help Linda make the best possible marketing decisions in her crisis, and to help her meet her quotas the best possible way. This means that you'll actually be serving an Executive Internship in the marketing department of a company — instead of just reading and writing about marketing. Research in the military and aviation proves that this is a much more effective and efficient way for people to learn.
