A WEB BASED ISPS VISITORS REGISTRATION SYSTEM
The Royal Dirkzwager ISPS application connects WebInfo, WebAgent and an especially designed terminal gate application together to provide an integrated visitors registration system. Potential visitors for vessels can announce themselves in the WebInfo application which sends the request to the agent, connected to the specific visit of the requested vessel. After approval by the agent, the system will send the visitors information to the terminal gate application. At the terminal gate, the application can interface with several access control systems such as the Port-Key. After the identity of the visitor is verified, access can be granted. • •

SCHEMATIC
TECHNIQUE
The ISPS application is developed in HTML and ColdFusion. Server side an Intel Based server with Linux, MySQL and ColdFusion suffices. At the client side no specific hardware nor software is needed. Any PC, Apple or Intel based with a standard web browser, Internet Explorer or other, is sufficient.
