Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C.- August 10, 2009 - WNC (TAIEX: 6285, NYSE: WNC) today announced its net sales for July 2009: on an unconsolidated basis, sales were NT$0.795billion, a decrease of 24.07% from June 2009 and a decrease of 39.49% from July 2008. Revenues for January through July 2009 totaled NT$6.88billion. On a consolidated basis, net sales for July 2009 were NT$1.03billion, a decrease of 15.51% from June 2009 and a decrease of 21.84% from July 2008. Revenues for January through July 2009 totaled NT$8.23billion.
