Level 3 Sanctioned competitions: Contract - 75 €/£50 sterling

Section B: Technical Information
    Doping Control, in compliance with IWAS Anti-Doping Policy & Procedures must be available if
       organisers want to apply for world records.
    All events must be held according to current I.A.A.F. and IWAS/IPC Rules.
    All events must be staffed by recognised National Technical Officials.
    All field events must be measured and recorded in metric measurements.
    100m, 200m, Long Jump and Triple Jump results must include wind speeds
    Automatic timing system is required for 100m, 200m, and 400m

Section C: Financial Undertakings
    The Organising Committee will be invoiced by IWAS and full payment must be received prior to the
       event taking place
    The Organising Committee undertakes to meet the minimum demands outlined including the
       expenses of internationally appointed personnel as itemised.
    A detailed budget must be submitted with Level 1 and 2 applications, together with a copy of the draft
       Invitation

Section D: General Information (Level 1 and 2 Applications Only)
Please provide brief description of arrangements for the event, including transport, accommodation, board
etc.

Adequate medical facilities should be provided at all times, including a sports injury clinic.

Section E: Further Undertakings
We, the Organising Committee, hereby undertake to:

       Provide appointed personnel with the best possible facilities (including the availability of administrative
        resources and local communication systems)
       Ensure that the Programme complies with the title of the event.
       Provide progress reports and entry data at reasonable intervals.
       Ensure that entries are approved by IWAS
       Provide comprehensive insurance cover for the event.
       Guarantee full financial responsibility for the costs of the organisation of this event and indemnify
        IWAS against any possible charges.
       Supply IWAS with full results of the event within one month of the last day of the event.
       Applications must be submitted within the timetable laid down by the IWAS Athletics Committee
