If you visit the HH Calendar’s Home Page you will see a black bar near the top with the time as it would be at the exact time you are looking at it anywhere in the entire world under the new calendar. If you have not heard of it yet read my initial article on the subject which you can find here http://mobilemoneyheaven.com/how-will- the-hh-perpetual-calendar-affect-the-world-in-2017. Today well take a brief overview into the effects the HH Permanent Calendar will have on businesses. A Single Universal Time Zone If you visit the HH Calendars Home Page you will see a black bar near the top with the time as it would be at the exact time you are looking at it anywhere in the entire world under the HH Calendar. One of the main features of the new HH Calendar will be the elimination of time zones. Once the new calendar goes into effect the Greenwich Universal Time Clock (UTC) will be used worldwide. Thus the time will be the same any place on Earth forever. What the time change will mean is that if currently you work 9 AM to 5 PM (EST) with the new time system in effect and working the exact same schedule you will be working 2 PM (1400) to 11 PM (2300). It is still the same schedule but because there is only one time zone your new time for 9 AM under the Greenwich Universal Time Clock will be 2 PM (1400). The problem with a single Universal Time Zone will require some rethinking of employees time schedules but should be easy to overcome. Automated work schedules will have to be reprogrammed into data processing systems to reflect actual times under the Greenwich Universal Time Clock. This may cause a little trouble initially as possibly tens of thousands of computer programming lines of code will need to be identified and rewritten. But I dont foresee that as being a big problem as the entire industrial world survived the year 2000 (Y2K) switchover not long ago. And the expertise for these types of changes is still available. The new time change will appear simplistic compared to the year 2000 switch. And because there will never be a change again for almost 8000 more years we will have a very long time before we need to worry about the year 10000 switch. By then we may already have universal computer systems with built in smarts to automatically perform the switchover worldwide with little human assistance. Multinational Businesses For companies that currently support work forces across multiple time zones, it will all become so simple it almost makes me smile. When a company head schedules a conference call under current time zone restrictions she needs to know what time it will be for her foreign workers in other continents. Under a single time clock she needs only say what time the conference call will take place and everyone involved, regardless of their geographical location, will know what time to be seated in the conference room. For people who constantly travel across multiple time zones the new Universal Time Clock will really simplify their lives. Those persons will now know exactly what time it is at their home station as well as at their destination. They will also know at what time they will reach their destination. This merits a mention of the subject of airline schedules. Blessing To Time Zone Travelers Airlines constantly travel across time-zones which mean their scheduling problems are huge. With the HH Perpetual Calendar system in place they will publish a schedule once and it will remain good forever. This makes it simpler for the traveler that needs to be picked up upon arriving at an airport. Can you see the simplicity of it all? You tell the person who is picking you up I will be in Frankfurt at 9AM tomorrow. The other person doesnt have to figure out if you are talking about Eastern Standard Time or Frankfurt, Germany time. Calendar Simplified Under the HH Calendar events occur on the same day year after year, therefore, Christmas and New Year Holidays will always fall on Sundays. This simplifies the scheduling of employees days off as companies will never have to worry about those holidays ever happening in the middle of a normal work week. These same advantages will apply to all our institutions like schools, churches, and industry in general. There will be a one-time switchover which could be costly. But after that one-time expense businesses will be enjoying the financial rewards forever. The proponent of the new calendar is Dr. Richard Conn Henry who is a professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at John Hopkins University. About the author: Carmelo Echevarria always had an interest in the workings of the calendar. In 1981 he wrote a Perpetual Calendar computer program to try and smooth out the problems with figuring out what day of the week a past or future event occurred. He currently maintains several blog sites where he provides information he hopes will make life better for all. You can read his first article on this subject here: http://mobilemoneyheaven.com/how-will-the-hh-perpetual- calendar-affect-the-world-in-2017/.
