All the 23 District Collectors have been provided with INMARSAT Mini-M terminal Portable Satellite phones. One INMARSAT Mini-M terminal Portable Satellite phone each has been provided to Revenue & Disaster Management Department Control Room and A.P State Disaster Management Authority
