authorize Celebrity Limousine and/or its affiliate, Entourage Livery, Inc. permission to run any credit card on file for any charges that I am responsible for, according to the terms of this
contract and the OVERTIME TERMS as found on the bottom links of my email reservation. I warrant that I have read this contract and understand exactly what I am legally responsible for.
I understand that all my deposits and payments are non-refundable and I legally accept all responsibility for my total balance even if I cancel within 10 days of my reservation date - NO
EXCEPTIONS. I understand ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUND will be given back to me before or after my job. I understand that sometimes errors happen and satisfaction is not
always 100%, therefore, if I am not 100% satisfied, I understand the only form of compensation that will be given back, will be given back by Gift Certificate ONLY, not cash or check, and I
forfeit my right to do a credit card chargeback.
I understand that if I have a NO TIME LIMIT or a VIP PACKAGE I agree to abide by the online TERMS which are also found on the links at the bottom of my email reservaton. I understand
that OVERTIME RATES will apply if I travel 10 miles off the itinerary on my contract. I understand that it is my own job to confirm my own VIP Nightclub Package with each Venue and that
Celebrity Limousine shall nor will be held respnsible or liable for my satisfaction as Celebrity Limousine is only responsible for my SAFE TRANSPORTATION.
I understand that I am responsible for my group if any damage is done to the limousine at all, including a clean up fee of $100- $300 (or higher) if anyone in my group becomes sick or any
accidents happen which cause damage to the vehicle. I understand that my limo may be substituted with another one if their is a problem. I understand that my job may be cancled at
anytime, if anyone in my group becomes unruly or intoxicated. I authorize a $150 collection fee plus all court cost, if their is any problem at all with the collection of the payment terms
above after my reservation date.
*I understand that no verbal agreements, discounts, promotions, guarantees or warranties shall or will be honored before or after my job unless in writing on this contract. Celebrity
Limousnie will not be liable for private deals made with any employee, VIP Host or salesperson unless written on this contract so it can be approved by management.
