STUDENT BEHAVIORAL PROBATION LETTER
The Baker College Student Handbook and the Acknowledgement of Students’ Responsibilities
have established guidelines for the conduct and behavior of all students attending Baker
College. The handbook and the acknowledgement are supplied to students upon enrollment
at Baker College. Students who violate the guidelines of conduct and/or the College’s policies
are subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion from the College
depending on the seriousness of the violation.
It has been brought to our attention that on ___________________ an incident occurred in
which you were involved. Following an investigation of the incident, it has been determined
that you were in violation of the College’s policies and/or the student conduct guidelines,
As a result of the above mentioned violation(s) you are hereby placed on behavioral
probation* while you are attending any campus of Baker College until ___________. The
requirements of your behavioral probation are __________________
At the end of the probationary period a review of your conduct including your academic
performance will be conducted. Any additional violations of the College’s policies and/or the
student conduct guidelines, either during or after the probationary period, will result in
immediate expulsion from the College.
A copy of this probationary letter will be kept in your student file and a copy will be supplied to
you and the dean of your program. Other Baker College campuses will be notified that you are
on behavioral probation.
