Diane An independent consultant specialising in performance coaching, management development and change management initiatives to improve organisational and individual effectiveness, Diane is a Training and HR professional with more than twenty years’ experience. As well as running a wide variety of training courses (including customer service), she also designs and runs assessment centres for the recruitment and development of ‘high potentials’ and uses her facilitation skills to great effect in team-building and problem-solving events.
