HEARING:        ORDINANCE NO. 07-22, BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
                ACQUISITION AND PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF REAL
                PROPERTY, BY AND IN THE BOROUGH OF NORTH PLAINFIELD, IN THE
                COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY (THE “BOROUGH”) TO
                BE USED FOR LAWFUL PUBLIC PURPOSES; APPROPRIATING $60,000
                THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $57,000 BONDS OR

              c. Authorizing the issuance of a license to St. Luke’s Church for a 50-50 raffle to
