       TITLE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM:

          Emergency Preparedness and Response Training

       TARGET PARTICIPANTS:

          Twenty- five (25) selected employee in the company.

       SCHEDULE:

          May 18- 19, 2011, Friday to Saturday, 8:00- 12:00 am and 1:00- 6:00 pm

       VENUE:

          Palnab Multi-Purpose Hall

       RATIONALE:

          Each establishment is considered potentially vulnerable to a wide range of natural,
          technological, and man- made emergencies. The truth is we cannot eliminate
          completely the occurrence of this kind of event, but we can reduce the chance of
          occurrence and/or lessen the threat to loss of life and property by being prepared.
          Being prepared in an emergency is said to be a smart investment. Provided under the
          principle of “Safety is everyone’s responsibility” all personnel concern must
          cooperate. They should emphasized that they have the responsibility against the
          disruption and destruction and loss by putting confidence inspired by preventive and
          protective action and must be an integral part of the program of the company with
          proper promulgation. This Emergency Preparedness and Response Training focus on
          assertive measures to institute when confronted by untoward incidents.

       OBJECTIVES:

          1.   Understand Emergency Preparedness and Response.
          2.   Recognize the significance of Emergency Preparedness and Response.
          3.   Identify and familiarize the circumstances of emergency.
          4.   Apply guidelines on dealing with emergency.
          5.   Protecting and recovering corporate and human assets.
          6.   Generate Sound Leadership.
          7.   Cooperation of all human resource in time of emergency.
