On a standard sheet of paper (8 ½ X 11”), please create a collage that represents your interests, personal goals, values, and memories.

The collage can be made from the following materials: magazine clippings, photographs, pictures, articles, cartoons, stickers, writing,
poems, stories, quotes, drawing, construction paper, scrapbook paper, royalty free pictures and clip art from the internet, etc.

The collage should include the following elements:

    (1) Your name (it can be a key component of your collage, or you can simply place it in one of the corners – I simply need to
        identify which collage belongs to which student)
    (2) One or more short term goals (can be represented in words or symbolically, i.e., by picture)
    (3) One or more long term goals (can be represented in words or symbolically, i.e., by picture)
    (4) One or more interests (can be represented in words or symbolically, i.e., by picture)
    (5) One or more values (can be represented in words or symbolically, i.e., by picture)

Example: If one of your values is patriotism, you may put the word patriotism in your collage, or you may choose to represent it
symbolically (e.g., having a picture of an American flag in your collage).
