It's an apple pie spice shake ... 3 times a day plus 1 meal

Apple Pie Spice Shake... B / L / bedtime-evening snack

8 oz of Ice Water
1 scoop of Apple Fiber complex
2 scoops of Vanilla F1
2 TBS of PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter from
1/2 tsp of cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg

155 calories, 15 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber

Dinner = 550 calories
w/ 6 oz beef/chicken/fish
sweetpotato with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a TBS of butter (you need this fat intake!)
1 cup of veggies with (1 TBS of butter and seasonings) (you need this fat intake!)

this is a 1000 calorie day with 105 grams of protein, 30 grams of fiber, < 100 g of carbs, 22 - 35 grams of fat per

Lose 1/2 pound per day.

guys may need to add 4 scoops of PPP to each shake for 160 grams of protein, 30 grams of fiber ...keeping carbs
low...and bringing calories up to 1500 calories.

I do a shake at 8am, one at Noon, Dinner at 4pm and another shake at I am eating every 4 hours...I'm
also staying very busy, so I'm not tempted to eat out of boredom...thank goodness my life is full makes it easy to
stay busy.

Plus drink LOTS of water between the shakes/meals.
