Remuneration package
Basic Salary                      :        R224 952.00 PA

Inhospitable allowance            :        8% of basic salary

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR KWANGCOLOSI AND MOLWENI CNPS POSTS TO BE RE-
ADVERTIZED
•   Grade 12 Certificate/ Matric
•   Degree / Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery Certificate plus One year Diploma in PHC
•   Current Registration with SANC in General Nursing, Midwifery and in Primary Health Care
•   4 years’ experience post registration in General Nursing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
   Knowledge of nursing care processes, procedures and protocols and Guidelines
   Knowledge of SANC regulations, OHS act and other related acts
   Leadership, organizational, decision making and problem solving skills
   Good interpersonal relationship and team spirit
   Complaints and Grievance procedure
   Good Communication skills both verbal and written
   Knowledge of code of conduct, Labour Relations and negotiation skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
   Provision of quality Comprehensive Primary Health Care, Promotive, Preventive Curative and
   Rehabilitative
   Assessment, Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment of patients/ Clients
    To integrate HCT to PHC Package of services and evaluate patients conditions and counsel
   according to needs
   Participate and support the implementation of quality improvement programmes
   Maintain accurate patients/ clients records
    Ensure proper and effective utilization of the resources Equipment, Pharmaceuticals and other supplies
    Implementation of ARV/PMTCT services and support
    Provision of support and supervision of lower categories according to The Code of Conduct in Public
    Service
    To demonstrate effective communication with patients, supervisors and other staff members
    To work as the part of the Multi-Disciplinary team to ensure quality nursing care at PHC setting all
    health programmes
    Must be prepared to work shift, week-ends and Public Holidays
