Benefits: -
  1.    12A Registration means Income of the society shall not be taxable. This is
        ONE time registration.
  2.    80G Registration means Donar can claim exemption. This is periodic
        registration.
  3.    Benefits in taking grants from Govt./Abroad/ other Agencies.
  4.    Benefit in FCRA registration.

Requirements:-
  1.   FORM—10A for u/s 12A registration
  2.   FORM—10G for u/s 80G registration
  3.   RC and MOA / Trust Deed (two copy – signed and stamped)
  4.   NOC from Landlord
  5.   PAN copy, if any
  6.   Electricity Bill / House tax Receipt / Water Bill photocopy
  7.   Evidence welfare activities carried out since inception.
  8.   Books of Accounts & ITR, if any, since inception
  9.   Progress Report since inception
  10. Original RC and MOA / Trust Deed- at the time of registration
