    Central Texas Conference
        Youth In Mission
CTCYM was with us for a week and
we were able to join them for a pot luck
dinner and service on Wednesday June
16th. Our own praise teams blessed us
with music and the message from
Pastor Meri Whitaker was great –
“There are no fences around our cross!”
We hosted 91 youth and adults from
the Central Texas Conference and they
were a wonderful group. They built
 porches, built steps, replaced floors,
 sealed roofs, cleaned yards, replaced
carpet and flooring and numerous other
 projects for area families.
They were a blessing to others from
Tahlequah to Vian. But, it wasn’t all
work…some of our youth joined in the
fun on the giant slip-n-slide and
 scavenger hunt. New friendships and
 relationships were formed with adults
and youth alike. It was an awesome
week and we are so blessed to have
been a part of it all.
      Our church absolutely buzzed with
 excitement and enthusiasm for the
entire week! Thank you to the many
that prepared food and cleaned up after
the dinner. We received many kind
words from the group about the love
 shared by our church family.
If anyone would like to send a thank you
