Introduction
The Rycom Business Assessment Questionnaire helps to provide a “snapshot” of current business health, using your
company's in-house knowledge and expertise. Questionnaires and workshops with key staff provide will assist in:

   *      Identification of key business drivers, strengths and core competencies, areas that require improvement or
          compensation, and environmental impacts.
   *      Understanding current performance against objectives.
   *      Understanding you organisation's overall "health".


Action Required
Rate each of the statements in terms of their impact on the organisation (i.e. how influential the underlying issue is regarding
company performance) and your perception of the actial, current level of performance within the organisation. Please provide
responses to each statement, regardless of your level of knowledge about the area of the business the statement relates to.
