Objective: student will
   - Learn to export a portion of SPSS output to Excel.
   - Learn to generate random samples and their averages from a data set using Excel.
   - Import an Excel document to SPSS.

Use the data file of your class calss_survey.sav
    1. Create a frequency table for the height of your class members.
       Mean height=                  Standard deviation=

    2. Export the table to Excel.

    3. Use Excel to generate 50 random sample of size 5(in columns). Compute the average of each sample
       (column). Save the output in a new book called RandSamp_5.

    4. Use Excel to generate 50 random sample of size 10 (in columns). Compute the average of each
       sample (column). Save the output in a new book called RandSamp_10

    5. Use Excel to generate 50 random sample of size 20(in columns). Compute the average of each
       sample (column). Save the output in a new book called RandSamp_20

    6. Use SPSS to create the sampling distribution (histogram and descriptive statistics) of the averages in
       each excel file.

    7. Answer the following questions:
          a. Consider (RandSamp_5):
          Average of sample means=                     Standard deviation of sample means=
          Shape of the distribution=

            b. Consider (RandSamp_10):
            Average of sample means=                   Standard deviation of sample means=
            Shape of the distribution=

            c. Consider (RandSamp_20):

    8. What do can you conclude about the distribution of the sample means in terms of their average and
       standard deviation?
