Summary
of Role:            An experienced and forward-thinking researcher to take forward an exciting programme of research exploring
                    innovation and policy in adult/lifelong learning.

                    Main responsibilities include:
                        To provide intellectual leadership for staff in CRLL/CA
                        To collaborate with the Co-director of CRLL and Director of CA in enhancing the profile of our
                            internationally recognised research in adult learning and lifelong learning policy
                        To develop a joint CRLL/CA programme of externally funded research projects
                        To support colleagues within the CRLL/CA in taking forward funded research
                        To produce a regular output of high quality publications in impact-rated journals
                        Research supervision/mentoring/teaching in the CA/CRLL as appropriate
                        To work with colleagues across both Centres to enhance the dissemination of research (for example,
                            International Conference, Forums and seminars)
                        Any other tasks appropriate to the post and in line with the CA/CRLL business needs
