Daily Steps for Manifesting
1) Meditate each morning
a) Put yourself in a relaxed state.
b) Put your headphones on and begin playing your LOA Personal Daily Meditation Recording.
c) The Recording finishes.
d) Look at your LOA Personal Daily Meditation Poster.
e) Feel the feeling you want to have as if the circumstances have already happened.
f) Ask for it.
g) Give gratitude for that feeling and for the circumstances that have already happened.
h) Have unconditional faith that the circumstances will happen.
i) Repeat this cycle 3 times
2) Stop and meditate for 1 minute throughout the day (at least 2 times). A good time for the one minute
meditation is every time a negative thought protrudes into your consciousness.
a) Pull out your LOA Personal Daily Meditation Pocket Card.
b) Practice the 5 steps (for 5 seconds) to reach an instant state of Presence.
c) From that space of presence Feel the feeling you want to have as if the circumstances have
d) Give gratitude as if it has already happened.
3) Be ready to act rapidly when the universe responds to your requests. Remember, the universe
moves fast, if something calls to you, listen and act rapidly.
a) Learn to be able to notice the difference between the universe speaking to you and your inner
voices. If in doubt ask a friend.
b) Think only positive thoughts!!!! Thoughts about the past are seldom positive so unless you
could include them in “what makes your heart sing” stop them. How? Use the 5 steps. Live in
the present and future. Forget the past. If it intrudes, ask it to go back where it belongs (your “it”
process Tyler?) The more time you can stay in the place behind your eyes between your ears,
and feel as if you have received the circumstance the more you will attract.
c) Stand in Conscious Goddess/Warrior. Use the 5 Steps.
d) Simplify your life to make available time and energy for action. (Get organized, complete the past,
kill the tv!!!!)
4) At the end of the day, meditate and review your day as if playing back a high speed video, replacing
any parts that you do not like with circumstances, states of being and actions which you chose. Give

How to create a daily meditation recording
1) Define what you are going to attract having-circumstance being -feeling doing-action….
a) Write down the feeling you want to have.
b) Write down the circumstances that you feel will create that feeling.
c) Write down the specific measurable result
d) Buy a cheap digital recorder at the office supply store
e) Find a quiet place and record a guided visualization using the following template:
i) Get your body comfortable and in a position which allows energy to flow - You might say
“Close your eyes, uncross your arms and legs, put your feet flat on the ground…..
ii) A regulate and slow your breathing. You might say “Breath slowly up your spine
and then down the front of your body. Take full breaths filling your lungs all the way,
even more, all the way full… and exhaling down, down the front of your body until
all the air is gone, squeezing out all the air…..
iii) Begin creating pictures: You might say “Go to your favorite place in nature……
iv) Begin creating Kinsesetic connections (feelings): You might say “Feel your favorite
color of light coming in through the top of your head and traveling down your spine
out your feet forming a braided cord of light and going down, down all the way to the
center of the earth. If the center of the earth is too far, just bring it up to meet the
braided cord of light. Tie off the cord to the center of the earth, shrink it until you
feel it pull you down with your feet solidly on the ground.
v) Ask the universe for what you want
vi) See the circumstance you are committed to manifesting as if it has already happened.
vii) Imagine doing the actions you are committed to manifesting.
viii) Create the feeling you wish to manifest: You might say “Feel the happiness of being
with ***BOB* if he is here and touching you right now…..
ix) See the actions you are committed to manifesting: You might say “See yourself
running on the beach daily….
x) Have the Circumstances you are committed to manifesting: You might say “The
leather in my new car smells so good….
xi) End by awakening into a state of presence: You might say “And when you are
ready, open your eyes and come back into the room bringing with you this peaceful
state of presence where your consciousness is located behind your eyes and between

How to create a daily meditation poster:
1) Find out what makes your hear sing and cut out or print pictures of it. Build a collage. Areas
to cover are:
a) Spiritual source – Example = Jesus, mother earth, jing-jang…..
b) Relationship – Example – Byron Katie…
c) Family – Picture of each family member happy and self expressed
d) House – Example – House overlooking the beach
e) Car – Example – Corvette
f) Recreation – Examples – Skiing, Scuba, Concerts,
2) Have your spiritual source in the center…
3) Print in color at Kinkos in the largest size they can do, laminate and frame at least 3 copies.

How to create a daily meditation pocket card
1) Open a word processor such as Microsoft Word
2) Change the font to 8pt.
3) Turn out Outline Numbering (Format>>Bullets and Numbering)
4) Do your daily meditation
5) Use your LOA Daily Meditation Poster and your notes from the LOA Daily Meditation Recording as
the source for the pocket card.
6) Write down the feeling you want to have.
7) Type down the circumstances that you feel will create that feeling.
8) Type down the specific measurable result
