Diabetes Mellitus is often referred to as the great imitator, because this disease can

affect all organs of the body and cause various kinds of complaints. Symptoms vary

widely. Diabetes mellitus (DM) can occur slowly so that the patient is not aware of

such changes to be drinking more, urinating or weight loss. These symptoms can last

long without attention, until then the medicine is gone and checked his blood glucose

levels.




DM disease sometimes also clinical picture is unclear, asymptomatic and only

discovered in the current diabetes screening or examination for another illness. From

the point of diabetes mellitus patients themselves, things that often cause the
