POSITION PURPOSE

The Client Liaison Officer LRF is responsible for supporting the Registry IT Operations Manager in
monitoring the technical performance of all registry IT systems, ensuring the resolution of issues and
assisting with the rollout of registry projects.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

   Contribute to improving motor registry client satisfaction by developing relationships and networks
    to assist the effective communication of reporting, escalation and resolution of technical support
    issues.
   Contribute to the effective operation of registry IT Services by undertaking site inspections on a
    regular basis and prior to implementation/rollouts by inspecting IT hardware, infrastructure and
    physical layout to ensure business requirements are met.
   Contribute to the effective operation of registry IT Operations by monitoring motor registry system
    performance, developing solutions and resolving issues.
   Assist in the delivery of projects for Motor Registry Environment by delivering project outcomes to
    time, budget and quality targets using internal and vendor resources.
   Contribute to improving motor registry client satisfaction by developing relationships and networks
    to assist the effective communication of reporting, escalation and resolution of technical support
    issues.
   Ensure effective use of Information Technology within the Motor Registry Environment by assisting
    with the implementation, training and support of new systems and technologies.
   Represent LRF and IT Support Centre by attending LRF section meetings and technical support
    meetings, and liaising effectively with client and vendor representative

SELECTION CRITERIA


        Demonstrated knowledge of customer service delivery technology systems, IT Infrastructure
         and     customer queuing systems.
        Demonstrated experience in providing high level technical support for a wide range of customer
         requests in a tactful, prompt and courteous manner.
        Ability to interpret policies, procedures and business processes to provide quality support
         systems.
        Strong diagnostic skills and analytical capabilities with a high degree of technical competence and
         ability to develop solutions.
        Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully with people at all levels, including
         senior staff consultants and vendors.
        Excellent organisation skills and the ability to set priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and
         service level targets are met.

Notes:

        A probationary period of three months may apply to this position.
        The successful applicant will be required to travel throughout NSW and work outside normal
         working hours on occasions.
        Relevant criminal record checks will be conducted on all successful applicants prior to
         appointment.
        The successful applicant may be required to carry a mobile phone and be on call.
