Note ( 1 ) Quick Whistle when ball is on ground (2 to 3 seconds at the most when there is a scrum)
Note ( 2 ) Rulebook definition (page 100 in 2012 Rulebook): A take out check is defined as any check in which the player lowers his head or shoulder with
           the force and intent to put the other player on the ground. A check more aggressive or more physical than necessary.
           Any body check on a player in a defenseless position (blind side, lowered head to scoop a ball, head turned to receive a pass)
Note ( 3 ) Controlled 1 Handed check allowed, but must make contact with gloves/stick

Note ( 9 ) May request possession at the midfield X in lieu of face-off. Officials should prepare for face-off until waived by trailing coach.
Note ( 10 ) No 10 or 20 second. Always enforce the 4 second crease
Note ( 11 ) New 2012 Rules, an initial 10 second count is only required after a team in possession crosses the midfield line, or possession is regained following a defensive possession.
