INTRODUCTION

La Petlele Laundry-It-Canteen Company was founded by Ms. Lerato Petlele, who is a
director of the company.
The above company has the four business units as stipulated by it name: the units are;

MEMBERS PROFILE

Lerato Petlele, born in Johannesburg based in Pretoria and a South African citizen,
was employed by Rand Water Board, looking after Odi region with focus on the retail
finance as a cashier manager and assistance to chief accountant. Armed with a diploma
in Business and Strategic Management from Pretoria University Business Management
College, diploma in Hotel and Catering from Mmabatho Hotel School. She worked for
fifteen years with in the Sun International Hotels around the North West Province.

The company has three employees:

      Ms Wilhelmina Sekhwela – she is the personal assistance as well as being the
                                    receptionist.

           Mr. Philemon K Nyamapfene – he is employed as the IT specialist.

        Mrs. Florence Makwena – she is the laundry assistance and store control.




SERVICE DESCRIPTION

All the above mentioned business are service related, hence we intend to offer the best
professional service to the clients out in the trade. Our services include catering, cater
hire, laundry services and It support. The company will guarantee quality service and
prompt response to our client, because we believe that our client’s satisfaction testifies
to our ability to deliver and or respond. Dignified customer service, simply transfer to
the fact that whatever the job, big or small, we will do it in a dignified way which will
put our company in a position where we become a preferred service provider.
