Kay Pashos is a member of the firm's energy, environment and climate change group where she focuses her practice on

utilities work. She represents utilities in various proceedings before the Indiana Utility regulatory Commission on rate

cases, approvals for construction of new facilities, approvals for alternative rate structures, mergers and acquisitions, tariff

changes and other matters. Kay also counsels clients in regulatory strategy, appeals from IUrC decisions and various

Federal Energy regulatory Commission matters.



Before joining Baker & daniels, Kay spent more than 20 years with a leading power company, gaining extensive experience

in developing and implementing integrated business, regulatory and legislative strategies and plans for regulated electric
