HOURS OF OPERATION

• Monday – Friday
    8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    During the Semester
             HEALTH FEE
•   Fall Fee - $78
•   Spring Fee - $78
•   Summer Fee - $37
•   Unlimited Office Visits
•   Examination and treatment by a Physician,
    Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse.
               ELIGIBILITY
 All Georgia Southern students are eligible for
  Health Services.
 Enrolled in four (4) or more credit hours the
  health fee is included in tuition fees.
 Students taking less than four (4) credit hours
  may choose to pay the fee to receive the same
  benefits.
 Paying the fee entitles the student to unlimited
  visits throughout the semester.

      is required to
      access services at
      the Health Center.

 Registered Radiology
  Technologist

  currently processed at
  the Health Center and
  interpreted by a local

  crutches are available.

 The RX Shop fills
