Development of a Life Lease project intended for seniors from our Muslim Community is
envisaged as a means of providing the housing needs for the retired members over the age of
55, where they can share their religious and cultural heritage in a caring environment.
The project will be built on approximately 15 to 20 acres of land with a nearby walking trail
and a golf course. The building will consist of 8 to 10 floors. The ground floor will be devoted to
the common facilities such as a Prayer area, Library, Auditorium, Theatre Room, Lounge
area, Party Room, Billiard/Games room, Doctors Office/Nursing Station and a Fitness
Centre.
Resident Parking will be underground and Visitor surface parking.

Before proceeding further with this development, we are asking for your cooperation in
completing this Survey, which will assist us in our planning and ensure that the project
meets the needs and expectations of our community.

1. The following are what we consider standard features provided in all suites:

Many seniors can use the equity they have built up in their present condominium or
house to finance the retirement years, and most are happy to learn that the value of
their homes have increased substantially.

The project envisions a range of suite sizes and prices to better serve the affordability
