 ASSESSMENT:             LEARNING FOCUS: Students are introduced to the unit of Lets Go Wild. This
                         lesson is the first of 2 engage lessons. The learning focus of the lesson will
                         have students thinking about and discussing the animals they already know.
                         Students will focus on what they want to know about animals over the next
                         three weeks.


                         OBJECTIVE(S)
                         Students will be engaged in the topic of animals through a range of
                         experiences. From this lesson students will begin to think about all the
                         animals they know, they will compile a KWL chart as a class and refer back
                         to it throughout the three week unit.
