 SaaS ERP Implementation – Mid Market manufacturer, creation and management of project management office
  including initiation, managed core team, configuration and implementation of complete enterprise system with
  change management and transition to enterprise-wide best practices. Project was on time and 12% under budget.
 CRM Design & Implementation – Planned, developed and launched new Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM using the latest
  capabilities of SFDC including the Force.com platform, Sales Cloud and portable apps via Adobe Flash builder. Special
  features included utilization of the SFDC Facebook toolkit to connect Facebook page interactions with CRM tracking.
 Retail Rollout – Retail Managed Services Provider – Developed and managed a cross-functional delivery network that
  installed customer premise equipment in 500 new retail locations within 3 months.
 Vertical Social Site – PMO and project lead from inception through production. Was ready for ‘go-live’ 30 days early.
 ERP Implementation, AS-400 – Mid Market Automotive Manufacturer – Creation and management of project
  management office including vendor selection and project initiation, design, configuration and business pilots.
 Developed and executed numerous initiatives including knowledge management, business intelligence, data mining
  and B2B marketplace commerce.
 Managed the implementation of a new SaaS business intelligence suite to give customers greater visibility and
  reporting of real-time retail transactional data.

company was acquired by USWeb Corporation in early 1998.
