Teacher: Hello. Welcome to Language Leaper. My name is __name of
person__________. How are you? (Pause) Good! Here is our friend.                   Kaz enters as teacher
                                                                                   introduces as friend.
Puppet 1: Hello. My name is Kaz. I am nine years old.

Teacher: How are you Kaz?

Puppet 1: I am fine. Thank you. How are you?

Teacher: I am fine. Thank you.

Puppet: What is this?

Teacher: These are endangered birds. Lets see how these animals are alike.

Teacher will place large pictures (duplicated from picture cards from activity 1)
on each corner of the room. Students will move to the correct picture when
they hear one of the target phrases listed below.

Teacher: What did you learn today?

Puppet: We learned how the condor and woodpecker are alike.

Teacher: Good! We learned about endangered animals!
