Reservation of Right – The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any class or event, to divide any class, to alter advertised time or refuse any entry with or without stating the reason. 4. Approved AS/NZ 3838, EN1384, ASTMF1163 riding helmets (spot checks of helmets will occur during the day) and medical armbands MUST be worn in all phases as per PCAV rules. 5. No stallions, rigs or dogs allowed. 6. Queries, protests, horse abuse and doping rules as per PCAV Handbook of Bylaws. 7. No refunds on unused tickets. 8.
