Do your work-out regularly at least 30 mins daily 4-5 times a week as
this improve mental clarity and give long life.       Reduce your salt
intake. Too much of salt increases fluid retention which make us feel
pains in our feet and joint. You can add fresh herbs and lemon in your
soups and salads. Those that like taking salt can go for good crispy sea
salt instead of table salt. You need a little of crispy sea salt to get
desire flavor. Processed foods have much salt so stay clear of these
takeaways and ready meals instead prepare a nice meal like omelettes
