As a ’65 Bachelor of Arts and Sciences graduate that majored in Sociology, I am chairing,
the fundraising effort, of our 45th anniversary reunion for the Class of 1965. In reaching
this milestone, it has caused me to reflect on the passage of time and how meaningful
our experience was at Niagara University. In less than two months, we are coming
together “home”, to Monteagle Ridge, to celebrate Alumni Weekend 2010 October
8th – 10th.
I hope you will participate by your attendance and through your giving. To
commemorate our special anniversary year, I am asking you, as all other classes
celebrating their anniversary, to participate in making a reunion gift to the Niagara
Fund. This is a special fundraising effort to all anniversary classes. Our gifts will enable
future generations to enjoy rich and fulfilling academic experience, just as we did when
we were at Niagara, and prepares them for an ever-changing world.
The Niagara Fund allows the university the ability to concentrate on the needs of the
students throughout their college career. Gifts to the Niagara Fund support
scholarships, financial aid, faculty and curriculum development, technology and
campus beautification. Our support is needed to continue to provide these critical
components of a Niagara University education.
By giving a gift to the Niagara Fund, our class assists in enabling Niagara to produce
confident, outstanding individuals, informed by the Catholic and Vincentian traditions.
Please join our classmates of the Class of 1965 by supporting Niagara University. Show
our class pride by making a gift at one of the recognition levels listed on the pledge
Niagara has some ambitious goals, and every one of them is achievable with help from
its alumni. The past 154 years have been wonderful for Niagara. Help continue the
excellence with our gift to the Niagara Fund.
Come Home to Monteagle Ridge!
