       Oversaw entire Jewish studies curriculum for Day School with 200 students (K – 8) and 40 teachers.
       Created new school-wide events for holiday celebrations.
       Revamped prayer curriculum.
       Supervised all teachers in matters regarding discipline.

       Supervised new Jr. Congregation program;
       Coordinated all aspects of annual BJE Teachers Conference (1999-2003) for over 600 participants.
